BY ACCESSING OR USING THE Driver-XP Manager APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. We are committed to respect and protect the privacy of the personal information we obtain from you through the DRIVER XP MANAGER application and we have created this Privacy Policy to inform you about how we collect, use and share your personal information, and about our privacy practices in general.

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of notice through the Website or any other part of the TAXI Xp Manager Application.

1. Terms of Service. Use of the DRIVER XP MANAGER Application is subject to the terms of our Terms of Service found at themonapps.blogspot.com/termsofservice, which is hereby incorporated and made part of this Privacy Policy. By using the DRIVER XP MANAGER Application, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.

2. Types and Uses of Collected Information. DRIVER XP MANAGER Application collects two types of information about you:

Personally Identifiable Information. We do not ask you to insert personally identifiable information for using DRIVER XP MANAGER  application, but you might by your own purposes to enter such informations like distance that your vehicle has drive or the cost of a service you have done, or if you choose to write by your self personal information like the plate of your car, the number of your insurance, or the number of your credit cards in the notes of an expense of your car etc. You are responsible for the safety of your data, by the use of such personal information. The data that you have entered, is located in the inner storage of the application and when the application is deleted these data is also deleted. However if you choose to have a backup of these data, then is storaged in a folder in the external storage of your device. In case you want to delete these data, after you have delete the TAXI Xp Manager application you should delete also this folder. We do not storage, or use these data, in any server. Also if you choose to have a backup of your data using the backup by email or a different way, of an external application then you should read the privacy policy of the third party application you gone use, and you are responsible for safe keeping the data in your device or an email you have choose, or in another server of a third party application you have choose to backup your data. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific person. If you do not want to backup your data in an external storage folder of your device, or in a third-party application server then you can turn off the write-read external folder in your device (mobile or tablet) settings, provided that this will make turn of the backup function of TAXI Xp Manager application in your device, and backup of your data outside of the inner storage folder of the application will be impossible.

When you use the DRIVER XP MANAGER application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar geolocation technology) to determine your current location in order to calculate the distance for a trip or for a distance you have done. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the DRIVER XP MANAGER Application located in your in your mobile phone settings, provided that this may make certain or all features of the DRIVER XP MANAGER  application inoperable.

 

Release of Personally Identifiable Information. We will not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:

1. Authorized Third Party Service Providers. DRIVER XP MANAGER application may provide data that you have choose to share through third parties. These “Third Party Service Providers” perform functions on our or your behalf. You or We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with such Third Party Service Providers to move data in or out of the DRIVER XP MANAGER application. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by such parties is governed by the privacy policies of such parties and is not subject to our control.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service or other agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of the DRIVER XP MANAGER Application, users of the DRIVER XP MANAGER application or others.

Privacy Settings. As a user, you may have limited access to privacy settings. These settings help hide information you wish to share with other users and/or the public. It is up to you to select the appropriate privacy settings. If you don’t agree with the available privacy settings, please stop using the DRIVER XP MANAGER Application.

Children. The DRIVER XP MANAGER Application is not directed to people under the age of 13. If you become aware that your child is using the application delete the application.
